This pleasant female presented with a new diagnosis of breast cancer. She underwent bilateral 2 stage breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and Alloderm. She had a right Weiss pattern skin-sparing mastectomy. She had a left standard mastectomy incision. She also underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction with CV flaps and Alloderm.
