This is a pleasant 38 year old female who had seen numerous physicians in regards to a possible breast reduction. She has had chronic issues with upper back and neck discomfort. She had a history of sarcoidosis as well as a smoking history. She underwent bilateral breast reduction surgery with removal of 576 grams of tissue from the right breast and 850 grams of tissue from the left breast.
