This pleasant female had previously undergone right lumpectomy and radiation for the treatment of breast cancer.  She unfortunately had a tumor recurrence and underwent bilateral mastectomy and left sided reconstruction with a tissue expander and implant.   Her right side was reconstructed with a latissimus flap and implant.
