This pleasant female had previously undergone treatment for breast carcinoma that had entailed lumpectomy, radiation, and finally mastectomy for cancer recurrence. During the course of all of this, she had undergone multiple reconstructive efforts by various surgeons. She was left with a significant issue consisting of gross breast asymmetry, damaged radiated tissue, and contour irregularity. Her correction included autologous tissue reinforcement with a latissimus flap, followed by implant exchange and infra mammary fold correction.
