This pleasant 41 year old female was diagnosed with lobular carcinoma in situ. She underwent bilateral mastectomy along with immediate first stage breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and Alloderm. The mastectomy was done with a skin and nipple sparing infra-mammary fold incision by Dr. Joyce Moore.
