Breast Reconstruction Reconstruction Method: Two-Stage Reconstruction

This pleasant female presented with a new diagnosis of breast cancer. A decision was made to proceed with bilateral mastectomies. Given the large amount of skin excess, a Weiss pattern skin sparing mastectomy was pre-operatively planned. She underwent bilateral immediate 2 stage breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and Alloderm. She subsequently underwent nipple reconstruction with CV flaps, followed by areolar tattooing.
