This pleasant female had undergone previous breast augmentation with a circumareolar lift. She presented with bilateral capsular contracture and an unpleasant breast shape. Her goal was to obtain a more natural breast shape with slight enlargement. She underwent bilateral implant exchange with open capsulotomy in treatment of the capsular contracture along with revision mastopexy.
