This is a very pleasant 43 year old mother of 2, who presented for body contouring surgery. She desired more youthful, uplifted and fuller breasts with abdominal contouring. She underwent bilateral mastopexy augmentation with Mentor moderate profile 275 cc gel implants. This was combined with a tummy tuck and adjunctive liposuctioning.
